Known Errors

Reference for errors you may encounter when uploading or processing assets in Miris. Find the error code shown in the Miris Portal and click the matching entry below for diagnosis and fix steps.

Errors​

  • Missing USD File (MISSING_USD_FILE) — Your upload did not contain a USD file in the root directory
  • Multiple Root USD Files (MORE_THAN_ONE_ROOT_USD_FILE) — More than one USD file was found in the root of your upload
  • Missing Referenced File (MISSING_REFERENCED_FILE) — Your USD file references external files that were not included in the upload
  • Missing Visible USD Prims (MISSING_VISIBLE_USD_PRIMS) — Your USD file contains no visible, renderable geometry
  • Unsupported Scene Size (UNSUPPORTED_SCENE_SIZE) — The scene geometry is outside the supported size range
  • Undefined Error (UNDEFINED) — Unexpected processing error not covered by the above codes
